What we want to build
If you'd like to make SEAC a reality like we would, please sign up! We are gauging interest to decide whether to move ahead or not. Here's some of the other goals we will be working toward.
Please don't email us asking about pricing yet because we don't know. We haven't reached that stage yet. More to come soon.
Every attendee keeps the lectures
One ticket covers the conference and the lectures, so the talks are yours to keep.
Speakers covered up front
Travel and hotel paid in full before the conference, not reimbursed after. Plus compensation.
No volunteers
Everyone who works the conference gets paid for it.
Vendors get the lectures
The lectures come with every vendor table, the same as an attendee ticket.
Virtual attendance
Can't make it to Florida? Virtual tickets let you join the conference from home.
Coming in 2028?
Your sign-up is how we measure interest, and interest decides whether SEAC moves ahead. If it does, the list hears first about dates, the venue and tickets.
